How to book a Room/Resource in Outlook for the Web? These instructions are to assist with booking a room/resource for an event being scheduled in the calendar using your Outlook for the Web (OWA): Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com. Select Outlook from the dot menu in the top-left corner. Open the Calendar by clicking on the calendar icon in the bottom left corner. Next, click on the New Event button. In the pop out window, populate the details for your meeting, then under the Search for a room or location area, click on the field, and search for the name of the room you wish to use, e.g. Meeting Room. Once you have selected your room the pop out window will show you whether the room/resource is available at this time. If the room is not available you may have to change room or the meeting time. Finally press Send to add the meeting to your calendar and submit the request to book the room/resource.
