How to provide visitors access to Wifi via a Guest Pass (Ruckus Cloud)?
First-Time Logins: You will receive an email invite from ‘Ruckus Customer Service’. Please accept the invitation and log in.
Note: Please ensure the details are not left anywhere unattended if printed.
Creating a Guest Pass:
Log in to Ruckus Cloud via the link: https://eu.ruckus.cloud
Once logged in, click 'Add Guest' on the right-hand side:
You will be presented with the following box:
- Please type in the visitor's name.
- (If you wish to send a text to the visitor with the Wi-Fi code) In the field Mobile Phone, change the country code and enter a mobile number.

(If you wish to send an email to someone with the Wi-Fi code) Enter an email address
- For security reasons, please select ‘Pass is Valid for’ 1 Day for most cases, unless the visitor is staying for multiple days.
- Specify the number of devices that the user will be using, usually 1.
- Choose to Print Guest Pass (If you have entered a mobile number or email address then please select the other relevant option).
- Click Add to create the Guest Pass (If Print was chosen, then the code will be displayed on the screen in Print Preview, you can either take note of the code or Print the Code at this point).
