Who do I speak to for help?
Any of the following please email the helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org or *helpdesk in the address book):
- IT issues (iPads, email, computers, WiFi, phones)
- Stream (ex IRIS) bookings
- AV bookings
- Website questions
- Software or hardware purchasing
For urgent issues, we can be found in room 34 (first floor above reception) or by dialling 139 from any internal phone). We ask that you email us to avoid your issue getting overlooked if you've caught us on the way to somewhere else.
Issues with SIMS or anything data email Alison Rolland (email@example.com).
Anything not mentioned above email the helpdesk and we'll point you in the right direction.
